Now, this card is interesting. It's an old promo card from Weekly Jump, which means that it could be very tricky to find one. In the comics, Mai plays this card in her deck. She uses it in a duel against Malik to gain control of his god card, Ra. However, this ends up backfiring...
In a real game, this card has multiple uses. First of all, it gets rid of a card from your opponent's hand, making it great for discard decks. Additionally, it adds one card to your hand, so it can be combined with cards like Hand Obliteration to make you draw an extra 2 more cards than your opponent.
Of course, it also lets you choose a monster card from your opponent's hand and makes it yours. It is easiest to play this in a defensive way; take one of the cards that you don't want your opponent to play, and put it in your hand. In doing this, even if you can't play the card, at least your opponent can't either. This is a good way to get rid of your opponent's large monsters, like Blue-Eyes White Dragon, or their ability monsters, like Kuribo. If you have creatures to sacrifice, you'll probably even be able to play the monster on your own, turning the tables.
The coolest thing about the Amazon Chain-Wielder is that her ability is not a flip effect. This means that you can Monster Reborn her, just like Critter and Black Forest Witch, and use her ability again. Also, just like Critter and Black Forest Witch, her ability activates when she hits the Graveyard, which means that only you, and never your opponent, can use her special ability.
So, to sum it up, the Amazon Chain-Wielder is a pretty cool card. ^_^
